I'm not looking for job forums.
Unity Connect is not just job search engine. It's really marketing failure that everyone treats it just as replacement for old job forum. It's (or actually will) be great community site.

We do not have a public roadmap but I will talk with the team to see if it makes sense to add one to unity3d.com/unity/roadmap.

In past months, our team spent quiet a bit of time working on GDPR for Connect and Unity as well as this update. Our most recent feature update was our groups feature, which we are still onboarding a few key community members and getting feedback.

From there, it's likely to see a few updates to your Security/Privacy settings, Groups, Events, Jobs, and some admin tools that will help us moderate the site better.

We do not have any plans for personalized URLs for users. At the moment, we offer these only to Unity employees / mods and there is no dark themed planed.
