    Hi there,

I'm just wondering if anyone has any good tips for lighting an environment that has both interior and exterior parts. I'm waiting to hear if I have permission to upload any screenshots of what I'm working on, I know it might be difficult to advise without seeing anything in context but...think exhibition center type building but with an equally large outdoor section also.

It's tricky because the lighting needs to be bright inside as well as out so the results I'm getting are very odd(?) as there's no feeling of depth, everything is the same brightness almost.

As I say this is tricky though because I can't have it too dark inside either.

Any thoughts or steps you usually take in setups like this would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

Same question here. Outside is burned if I want to have a bright inside without lighting with spots or whatever... Natural indoor lighting with exterior not burned is a very difficult task. Any help ?

Yep, getting odd instances where light is being cast on the ground outside creating shadows on the ground from objects inside which just isn't right.
