any idea how to convert characters like this? Královský

    a program or online tool that will convert the chars to the correct symbols?

    In what context do you need to do this? The problem is that you are using text written in one language on a font designed for a different language. Just choosing the right font should solve your problem, no?

    You don't need to convert anything, that's just standard UTF-8. @bennyboy: it's not a language issue; all fonts have those characters. (Or at least have the potential to have those characters, if the font designer included them.)
