Question any ETA on fixing editor popups eating an extra mouse event?

    Someone in QA mentioned that devs are working on it so maybe it'll be fixed in the next drop.

    summary:
    popups menus used to appear on mouse down.
    since the redesign of 2021, popups menus now appear only on mouse up
    that's one extra mouse event which makes the editor feels less responsive.
