anrdoi build error after 2019.3.1f upgraded. (burst compiler (1.2.1) failed running

    After upgrading from 2019.2.19f1 to 2019.3.1f1, the following error occurs and Android build does not work.

    Here's what I tried:

    1) Updated all packages in use, including burst / entities, to the latest version (preview X)
    2) reinstall visual studio 2019 (including c ++ related libraries)
    3) remove visual studio 2015/2017
