Animator.Play isn't as fast as I need it to be.

    I've been messing around with the animators and I can't seem to get the animator.play function to play fast enough. I've been searching around the forums, but I can't seem to find anything that is about this specific situation. If there is any other thread out there that has this question, I'm sorry, but I just can't find it.

    I have tried to make a shooting animation for my character, but I can't seem to get it to play fast enough. I have tried linking two same animations together and making it zero exit time, but it doesn't seem to work like I need it to. Is there any way to get the Animation.Play function to play as fast as the Update function?
