Animator Parameters list Editor and Tab

I have to create a custom editor that would look great and be very UX friendly with a similar side tab like the one we have when using the Animator Window. I've been searching for a while and checked the UnityCsReference on github for some premade classes or how that tab is composed.

Have you ever done something similar? The main functionality I would like to replicate would be the re-ordable parameters and the resizable tab functionality.
