Animations now working

Hello World,

I seem to hava a problem. I imported a model from maya with just the joint rig on it, then i imported just the rig with an animation on it. I then made an Animator Controller and applied it to the model.

The problem is that the model isnt being animated when i press play. It isnt even working in the animation preview box. Does anyone know a possible fix for this? The animated rig is the same as the one on the model

He demonstrated how to use the "Game Exporter" instead of doing it manually im using Unity, but he uses UE4.
