Animations insist on blending

    Hello everyone,
    I'm having trouble with my enemy's run animation.. for some reason it seems to insist on blending part of the idle animation into its loop, creating a very weird animation.

    I attached a picture of the transition between running and idle.. no matter what I do, it seems to revert to trying to blend the two. I try changing it so the transition is at the end of the running loop and the second I deselect the transition it goes right back to this.

    At the end of each run loop I see the idle animation play partially and then go back to the running loop. The speed value is set at 1 right now so I know that isn't affecting anything.

    Any ideas?
