Animations bugged out and not working anymore

Nobody in my team worked on the animation, one of my team clicked on collab to share some meshj/materials and ZAPP animation broken. They still work in normal viewport but not in game. The animation is triggering and running but nothing is displaying on screen.I tried with root motion on off... this batching static everyone on the internet is talking about is off too.......

 

Is this only happening with that singular animation clip? Could you also click on it to open the details of that animation clip in the inspector (Where it shows "loop" etc).
