Animation works in preview but not ingame or in Scene

    Hey,

    i imported my fbx model+animations from Blender to Unity.

    This is my scene: http://prntscr.com/4au14j

    I have 5 animations. "glockshot" and "armreload" are animations by the armature..
    These are the only animations that work!

    "glockclipout", "reloadslider" and "shotslider" are working in the preview but not ingame nor in the scene-tab.

    i tried to play the animation "automatically" but thats also not working.

    i think there is a problem with the hierachy but i am not 100% sure.

    Okey I looked up some things.. blender is exporting the parent wrong :/

    And if I try to resolve this I need to "reparent" it right...

    in this case its losing his prefab.. what can I do?
