Animation workflow for evolving assets

    Having to update animation values for every animation clip every time an animated part of an asset changes is getting extremely tedious.

    How do you all deal with updating animation clips to match evolving assets as the game develops? Is there a general workflow that is considered best practice without using a third party modeling software?
