Animation Window not Finding all Animator Parameters Bug

    animatorBroken.gif
    as shown in the upload gif, animator properties are not adding to my animations, has anyone else experienced this bug?

    Editor version is 2019.1.12f

    This also seems to occur on 2019.2 and 2019.3.0a11 on brand new projects as well.

    Can anyone confirm adding animator parameters as animation properties functions for them?
