Question Animation track disables Nav Mesh or Transform movement?

    Hi the Nav Mesh Agent Controller or Transform track work fine and when adding an animation clip I can get it positioned well with Apply Scene Offsets, but it causes any movement to stop.
    Is this an issue with clips that don't have root motion applied? Or is something in my script causing this clash?

    Edit: I couldn't find an appropriate solution but I did find that by importing mocap with root motion it solved the issue at least.
