Animation Rate Changes in 2019.2.0f1?

    All, I am participating in the Game Maker Toolkit 2019 Game Jam right now, and struggling to get my animations working. I upgraded Unity to the latest version so I could take advantage of the new LWRP, but it seems animation is broke in this version.

    I take the sprites from my sprite sheet and drop them into the animation window as normal. But I noticed the frame rate was at 0 and it even when I change it, nothing happens. When I spread out my sprites on the timeline, its still animating at a crazy fast speed. The only way I can slow it down is by adjusting the state speed for that animation in the Animation Controller. Please tell me things have just moved around...or is it truly broken?

    Editing, my bad.
    It just went into the cog menu on the right side.

    Dang really? Wish I knew that earlier haha. I wound up having to give up on including LWRP in my GMTK game and downgrade to 2019.1 to get my animations working.
