Animation preview not showing up in Inspector. Tried inspecting an animation with skin and without

This is the window I'm looking for (This is someone else's screenshot).

I tried clicking and tried double-clicking on the *.anim file and also on the prefab it came in. I also tried reuploading the animation file and also tried restarting Unity.

I still get no animation preview window. What might be causing this? Trying to following along a tutorial and this is making it hard. Thanks.

 

SOLVED
It turns out that you just need to click the bar to expand it. In the post's screenshot, the bar I'm referencing is labeled "Attackanimation"
