Animation only animating colliders not mesh

    Hey, so I downloaded an environmental asset from bbo and discovered that I can't animate his assets from the demo files he supplied.
    I try to scale animate a room and the colliders are animated only, what could be the cause of this?

    The source files are animatable but all prefabs and demo files are not, I've checked the components and they're all identical, any one has any idea what this could be?
