Animation Not working

Basically, I'm trying to make a simple animated button for my game. And i've never used unity 2021 before so i'm not sure if I simply did something wrong.

Basically, the animation that i'm doing is 4 buttons that is getting pushed down. (Here is an image of the 4 button animations)

But when I do things that I normally would do with animations. It doesn't work. All of my code shows that it should work, and that it actually is working. But the animation itself doesn't show up.

It's almost as if it won't detect that I made the animation so it won't show it. is it because I made took them and dragged them onto a button to turn them into a animation? I really need help.
