Animation import troubles from Maya

    We're having some strange import issues with importing animations from Maya. We're exporting from Maya to FBX, and importing that into Unity. The animation has baked IK, and some BlendShapes.

    Issues are:
    1) The BlendShapes import, and I can shift between them; however, the main animation does not affect the weights of the blendshapes as expected. (There are blendshapes on the head mesh, and the main body animation is supposed to animate between them)

    2) Several bones in the animation are just plain off. For one frame (of a ten frame animation), the head bulges by about 20% of its size (there is no scale animation anywhere in the original animation). (There were some other issues, but those were due to 1-bone quality settings that have been fixed)

    Can anyone with Maya+Unity expertise help diagnose these issues?
