Animation import broken/inverted(?) in 5.2.1p4

    I'm having an issue where my animations import with the pelvis/base "inverted" with animations created in blender, the blender version I'm using is 2.76.

    Here is the animation imported with 5.2.1p4


    And again imported in 5.1.3f1


    Is this a known issue and/or is there a potential fix?
