Animation FBX Import Window Slow & Laggy

    I've recently updated to 2019.1.0f2. And it had a bug where the FBX animation window is for some reason incredibly incredibly slow and laggy.

    This persists in 2019.2.3f1 which I updated to today.

    This wasn't the case before and I got quite the beefy PC (And nothing else has these problems when scrolling)

    This wasn't the case in an older version (Same model, which has a fair bit of animation, but it's a very lowpoly model and should be very simple, by all accounts)
