Bug Animation event "tick" shows up in the wrong place?

    When I add an animation event in the inspector for an animation asset, it always shows up a bit to the left of the cursor.

    The ticks on the ends have been dragged as far as they can go. The left tick was created where the cursor is currently sitting.

    As far as I can tell, the events are still playing at the right time. The visual is just misleading. Checking the Animation panel confirms that the events are correctly placed.

    I tried searching around a bit, but I haven't found anyone talking about this...are other people also seeing this behavior too?

    This is happening on the Silicon build of 2021.3.9f1
