Question Animation deforms the model

    Im trying to apply an animation to a model but it deforms the model.
    Any clue on how to solve it?

    The white model is the FBX wich was used for the animation in 3DSMAX. I drag it into the scene and the animations works perfect on it. Then i add this animation to another humanoid but the bones seems to get a "bit" deformed.
