Hello, I'm trying to work out a C# Animation job and I'm wondering if what I'm trying to do is possible and if so then how in broad strokes I might go about doing it. I have an asset which is a wagon. Our game uses physics , but we have a separate view system. The wheels on the wagon are being rotated in game via our physics system ( so moving the wagon forward will rotate the wheels in the right direction ) . There is no animator on the rig . This is all done through script. I would like to blend animation ( from a clip ) onto other parts of the wagon. In my case the doors. I have a clip to do this. I've attached an animator to the rig so that I can get a reference to the joints in the rig. I'm using the Weighted mask mixer from the C# Animation jobs examples made by Unity. The thing is I don't want to mix two animation clips. I just want to layer my one animation clip on top of our rig which is being driven without and animator. Thanks for any help.
