Question Animating a tools position properly

    Hello,
    As the title suggests, I have got animations created for weapons and tools. I would like the positions to be correct when switching from Idle to Aim for example. I got pointed to assigning the tool as a child of a bone such as the hand which does not work because the hand position doesn't stay the same throughout the animation, is there any tips or any advice to do this correctly? As an example one of my weapons is a musket which requires me to move the hands a lot. Thanks
