I have a problem that I think is a bug, but I'm posting it here because I'm not sure if I've done everything right.

I have Unity 5.3.0f4 pro, and when I create an animation and attach it to a sprite, that game object does not appear on my iPhone6 (though it does appear when run in the editor). My steps to reproduce.

    1. Create a new 2D project
    2. Make sure the camera is set to orthographic
    3. Drag a png into the project, make sure it's imported as a sprite.
    4. Drag that image into the game and place it so it will appear on the left hand side of the screen.
    5. Again, drag the image onto the game and place it so this copy appears on the right hand side.
    6. Open the animation window. Select the right-hand sprite.
    7. Create a new animation. Add the transform.rotation property.
    8. Select the second Z keyframe and set it to 360.
    9. Run in the editor, you should see one static and one spinning image.
    10. Go to build settings. Add the current scene.
    11. Select iOS. Switch platforms.
    12. Build and run the project.
    13. Note that the image that should be spinning does not appear.

Have I missed something obvious here?

If I load up old projects, then those animations work fine in iOS, it's just ones created in my current version.

(Yes, I'm going to submit a bug report with the above project, too, but I never hear anything back on bug reports and I could do with some feedback).

Apparently it's a known bug as my report has been marked as a duplicate. Hopefully given how serious the bug is it'll get solved soon.
