Bug 'Animated Materials' toggle?

    I don't think this is the best place to report editor glitches but I'm not sure if this is a glitch; After I updated my project to use URP even when I toggle 'Animated Materials' to off on the scene view, whenever I move the camera the materials keep being animated, if I hold right-click on the scene view everything stills animate.

    Is this a glitch?
