Anima 2D Bones Not rotating properly with mouse Help!!!!

    It Was Working Fine Until Now it suddenly doesnt respond properly. When I click The Bone And try to move it down it moves Up slowly and comes to a halt. And When I Click it again it returns to its normal position. The Animations in Playmode are Working Fine. I even tried upgrading the anima2D to the newest version but still no help.`
