I bought this device today. It's a very cheap device with 800x480 resolution on 4.3" screen.

The .apk files built with Device Filter ARMv6 with VFP work on ZTE Skate.

I haven't managed to build and run through Unity but manually copying the .apk files via USB cable works fine.

I have tried to find games made in Unity (http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/59697-Games-released-with-Unity-Android) on Google Play. Most of the games are not supported by the hardware except for about 20 games which I downloaded and which worked with no issues.

It would be nice if Unity will keep update and share which models runs with no issues with unity .
I have hard time to find this information.

Did you find any workarounds for this issue? We have been investigating the problem and as of now the only solution we have come up with is increasing the size of the audiotrack buffer. The bad thing about this solution is that increasing the size of the buffer means the latency will be even worse than it already is. So, if you have any other workaround in place please let us know!

Have you tried to copy the .apk file manually to the device?

Has anyone tested HTC's One V? I'm thinking of purchasing that or the Desire S. I need something that is able to run Unity-based games and Android 4.0 API. I heard that Desire S is compatible with 4.0, but not sure if there was an official update release from HTC.

My game made in Unity works perfectly on Alcatel OT-990 (another ARMv6 based device).

Just like with ZTE Skate (also ARMv6) I had to manually copy the .apk file to the device. Build run does not work.

"Moto Atrix 1,2" os2.3 both tested, and there are very cheap phones in China "ZTE V880" and "ZTE U880" which only cost less than 140 dollars, both armv6 and tested with os 2.2 and os 2.3.
Here is a list my ad. status shows:

Samsung Galaxy Y works (ARMv6). Doesn't like the fancy OpenGL 2.0 shaders in Angry bots (you can set it to OpenGL1.0 but then it renders everything in purple!) but the 2.5D tutorial worked fine and other demos worked fine. Just a case of trying and seeing what works.

If they havent been mentioned... here are devices I have had tested and dont see on the first post:
    1) the LG Optimus "S" works, I think specs are almost, if not exactly, identical to the Optimus V - now as far as lag goes, it is far from a good performance device...
    2) the Sony Xperia "Arc" works...and pretty good I understand...
    3) Samsung Galaxy Ace works well...
    4) HTC Evo Shift 4G... works good.
    5) LG "My Touch" works...
    6) Kyocera Milano lags it up on anything remotely intensive, but works!

Have you actually tested the HTC One V? I just tested with a brand new blank project and I get:

Error building Player: ArgumentException: An element with the same key already exists in the dictionary

Even though the same setup works fine with Galaxy Nexus. The HTC shows up from adb devices. I can install Unity-based APKs directly from HTC Sync Manager, but not from "Build Run" within Unity.

Both have same GPU Adreno 205

But Desire S it better than One V because Desire S has more RAM (768 MB compared to 512 MB), and Desire S has a front camera too :D

If you want cheaper, buy Xperia mini or mini pro (Adreno 205 512 MB RAM), only cost about $140-160

Samsung Phones are fully supported right? How about anisotropic filtering? I'm having problems getting it to run, and I'm hearing that Samsung devices force it off?

Galaxy Note with ICS does work fine with Unity 3.5.x. It also worked fine with the 2.3.6 original android version when I first got the phone (carrier has since updated to ICS finally).

Galaxy Nexus (also ICS) works fine.

    Hello I´ve got several devices:

Droid 2 (A955) *Android 2.3.3- Works with remote perfectly after installing ADB drivers with the official "Motorola_End_User_Driver_Installation_5.9.0_64bit.msi"

Droid 2 Global (A956) * Android 2.3.4 - Works perfectly with the above. You may also try to slide down your USB connection options and
select PC Connect mode instead of Massive Storage. This will activate drive search on Windows, and download to install.

    Ideos S7 Android Tablet * Android 2.2.2 - Works like a charm and it´s screen it´s superb!

But I got a Optimus LG 3D * Android 2.3.5 - Which I downloaded official drivers and such but DOESN´T Run with Unity on the laptop or with the Remote. I tried updating the SDK but gave the same result. Has anyone of you encountered this?

Please help me with this device.
    Thanks.

Kyocera Rise works. I haven't tested it extensively but I built out a PC project I was working on at the time as Android and it started up no problem.

Edit: The model number of this particular Rise (they'll probably come out with different versions if they haven't already) is C5155.
