Android sdk Unable to list target platforms

    I have tried almost everything that i found but no joy. I dont have android studio installed. I installed only sdk tools. You can see what is installed and what is the error in images.
    Fresh windows install and unity btw. Just formatted the computer..

    Okay, solved by following this tutorial. And this sdk file. No need for android studio, just sdks.
