Hi all! My team and I have been doing game jams for years and finally decided to commit one month to a shipped product. The three of us are all from the creative/advertising world, so we put our Unity, UI/UX, and experiential design chops to the test to create GeoTap.

The game is minimally designed in mechanics and aesthetic. We wanted a game with a single screen and a single tap mechanic. Children to grandparents have responded positively to its simplicity and beauty. We'd love to get the Unity community's feedback as well. It's free to play!

Can the game be demoed in 30 seconds or less? If so a video would be a great help to provide feedback.

I played the game for a bit, here's a few of my thoughts:
    • A short video showcasing your game is a must, I think.
    • The game is pretty and the concept is surprisingly fun.
    • I couldn't find a way to exit a game once I had started it, I had to die of purpose and wait 5 seconds for the revive countdown to finish. That's a bit annoying.
    • It's unclear what the cost of reviving is, if there is any. Playing an ad to revive seems like an acceptable thing to do, but no ad played. Perhaps you should move the ads you get after a game to when you click revive. This should make them a lot less annoying.
    • I couldn't figure out if the game gets harder as you progress, but perhaps I just didn't make it far enough into the game.
Other than that it was pretty nice. Well done :)
