Android/IOS license, help please.

Okay so I recently got a new PC and I Installed Unity on it and I went to activate my Android/IOS license and unity said it had been activated to many times. I get that and I filled out the form they tell you to but then they emailed me this :

Hi there,

Unfortunately, It doesn't seem that the machine you have stated is currently active on the license in question. Please verify the (local network) name of the machine that needs to be migrated from the license. I can then proceed with the migration.

What is the machine I don't get that, what do they mean Please reply quickly Im trying to test my game out on Android and I can't because I don't have the license, just tell me what I have to do so they accept the form and renew my license Thanks !!

 

Go to Control panel / System
You can see the computer name from there. ("Computer name" or "Full computer name")

Then they will remove the license activation from that machine,
and you can install it to the new machine..
