Bug Android builds failing with status 'Unknown' & 404 error

    As of today, we have multiple projects on cloud build that are failing.
    The build shows a status of 'Unknown' and the log only shows what looks like a 404 error html page.

    The issue occurs on multiple different projects. All projects are using Unity 2020.3.30f1, but I noticed UCB is still building on 2020.3.29f1
