Android Build Support pack installation

    Hello there
    Beg a pardon in advance for a noob question
    Once I'd like to jump from one version of editor to another 2019.2 > 2019.3 Beta:

    - should I download and install Android build support for the last one or i might point Editor to already installed components from 2019.2?

    - also are those two (Android SDK NDK and Open JDK) "must have" to be able to make Android builds?
