Android build support installing fails.

I have a problem installing the Android Build Support package for latest unity 2019.1.7f1 version on (MacOS Mojave 10.14.5) downloaded from Unity Hub, when downloading from hub I unchecked the AndroidSupport because it fails at the end with message corrupted file, now I am finished with development and want to build for android. I downloaded the Android Support Package by going to build settings and clicking (Open Download Page) which automatically downloads the needed support. Here comes the problem when I install, after 10 seconds it fails with the next screen. Without telling any error..
