Android - Better Permission Controls Request

I noticed that some users reported and asked me why certain permissions are needed for them to play games. Firstly there is not really any control in Unity for this? and if the game does not need certain permissions why are they included? Many users are expressing concerns specially with amount of Malware these days.

I checked the Android store and it seems to me almost all games made in Unity use same permissions and suffer from this issue?

Any thoughts?
