Android App build with unity using ARCore becomes very heavy when scanning multiple images

    I am making an Android app in Unity 2018.4.12f1 using ARCore. I want to scan multiple images and augment different model for each image. Also, i want to augment a model only on tapping a particular image. The code that i have written involves instantiating a model and a panel when an image is scanned with the model being inactive initially, then on tapping the panel, i am making the model active. Even though different models are instantiating on scanning different images, but the app becomes very heavy when models are rendered in the camera view.

    what might be the cause and what could be done to solve this?
