Android APK is not the same as actual Game (in Unity).

Hi, I recently made a 2d android game. But when I Bild it to an APK, and I tried it on my phone (Samsung A8 2018), one scene was rotated 90° the Lighting was different and it was lagging, although it was a really simple game. I have installed android SDK and JDK. I would be glad if someone can help me with this.
