Android API level not updated in Unity editor

    After updating Android SDK to last version, in Unity Player Settings is not showed the option to set the Android platform API level (the higher) to last Android version. I 'm afraid it is necessary to use, at least, Unity 2019...:confused:

    My project was developed with Unity 5.
    I think it is an Unity absurd limitation or incomprehensible bug.
