Android 5.1 Lolipop Proscan Tab| Unity 5 Sound Problem

Hi All, I've looked for other solutions and no dice. I recently got this Proscan tablet that runs android 5.1.1 for $30
So I went and got a game named "School of Chaos" and come to find out that the sound is basically looping and lagging every second and its not with this game only. Its with others "Stick Man Battlefields, Almost any game that uses unity 5" however some games run like magic! The game runs fast the audio is Lagging and Looping, Please help.
