Analyze Frequency from Microphone Jack in Unity

    I am trying to analyze the frequency from the microphone jack through GetSpectrumData.

    However, it seems the built in microphone near the webcam is interfering with the signal from the microphone jack. The ambient noise is interfering with the microphone jack input.

    When I call Microphone.devices, I only see one audio device on my computer.

    Is there a way to separate the two?
