Official Analytics Service Maintenance - Oct 16

    The Analytics dashboard will be put into Maintenance mode this afternoon.

    This maintenance should last around 3 - 5 hours.

    I apologize for any inconvenience this will cause.

    Its still not working, But maintenance page says everything is operational.

    Hello as IES mentioned I have issue with analytics as well. On the Services dashboard I have setup the page, and I can't use remote settings inside Unity (The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden).

    I can't enter my key here. Someone mentioned that it may be because of the maintenance. Is this not resolved yet?

    Both Chrome browser and Edge browser doesn't let me access the analytics web site due to cert issue... What should I do?

    Any update on when Analytics will be functional again. I am in desperate need of access to the live stream as soon as possible.

    The certificate error has been resolved. You should be able to view your project dashboard now.

    There are still some residual issues:
    • The project list may not function correctly. (The Operate project list should load correctly, though it might not have all of your projects.)
    • The Livestream and Raw Data Export features may be unavailable even if you should have access to them.
    We are actively working to resolve both of these problems.
