Analytics funnel stopped registering events

    Hello guys,
    So, I have a basic funnel wich register the progress of the users:

    The funnel has registered only 20 events, but we have a lot of downloads every day and it's clear that the events are not been registered anymore.
    This are the events that the dashboard has received:


    It's almost 3 days that the events are not been registered into the funnel, from the analytics dashboard, I can see them:



    So, am I missing something? Why can't I see the data on the funnel?

    Please show the definition of your funnel steps.

    It looks like a normal funnel progression. It appears that few users are making it past level 4. If you created the funnel recently, it's only counting the new users since then.

    The funnel has been activated on the 19th of August, so a day before the game has been shipped. Also, as you can see from the graphic, we have around 150 MAU so it's very unlikely that we only had 20 events. I also personally played more than 10 levels 3 days, and the funnel was active but, still, there is no data.

    It's wired, any idea on how can I solve the problem?

    Ah, apparently our system is currently experiencing processing delays, you can see the blip starting on the 25th. Sorry I didn't connect the dots earlier. I might suggest that you open a support ticket here so we can confirm the data https://analytics.cloud.unity3d.com/support/ or message me separately with your Unity ProjectID/UPID

    I do see your events in our database, so it appears it's due to processing delays. Please give it another day or two, sorry for the delay

    Hi Jeff,
    We are still in the same situation, do you have any news? We need to make some improvements to our game and we really need those date to understand how the players behave.

    So far you are the only user reporting funnel delays, I will check further.
