Official Analytics Dashboard Redirect / Blank Screen Issue

We have received some reports about problems accessing the Analytics dashboard. You may see a blank page when being redirected to the new operate.dashboard.unity3d.com URL.

This does not affect all projects. We are still investigating the exact cause.

We are working to resolve this issue. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

We have discovered the underlying cause.

The new Operate dashboard will not be displayed if the developer is only added to the Project, but not the Organization.

The workaround is to be added to the Organization that owns the project. In addition, if you need access to the Analytics data, you will need to be added as a Manager. Currently, User-level roles do not have access to certain data, such as Revenue and DAU.
