Analytics dashboard not updating

    Hello,

    My dashboard is not updating, the last update was 22 hours ago. We released our game yesterday, and so all stats gathered this week are very important to us. I hope nothing is getting lost?

    I'm seeing the same. I have someone investigating. (BTW, when this happens, it's extremely unlikely any data gets lost...it typically simply means that a batch cycle is running late. We're in the process of overhauling the system to try to keep this from happening.)

    Yeah, this is pretty much what I imagined. Our sincerest apologies. No data has been lost and the system will catch up in a few hours.

    The dashboard now says that it updated 4 hours ago, but all our data still stops at April 17!
    Something must still not be right?

    I just ran the integration test from the editor, and it is not receiving any events anymore. I haven't changed any Analytics related code at all since 4/17!

    I lost analytic data for 4/18 too. The 4/19 data is all here. How I can restore my lost data?

    Whoops, you're right, 4/18 is completely zeroed out, only 4/19 exists :-/

    Chiming in here, we also didn't have any data reported now on the 18th. Can someone from the team report back as to what's going on? Did we all lose data on that day?

    We apologize for the inconvenience, we are looking into why this happened and are hopeful that we will be able to show your data for the 18th. I cannot really give any more information, like a timeframe, at this moment but I will be sure to post an update as soon as I get any more information!

    I believe we have successfully updated the Dashboard with data for Monday. Can you please check to make sure that data for this day has properly filled and let me know if you notice any issues/inconsistencies?

    Monday seems to have data now, thanks!

    The only inconsistency (and perhaps this is how it always was) is that the "day in progress" is highlighting the data points between 4/19 and 4/20 -- when today is 4/21.

    The all data is shown on the dashboard, so the problem has been resolved now.
