    Hi everybody :)

I have a problem with the Unity version control.
When I want to Pending Changes , I have this message:

    I'm using Unity 2022.3.2f1 LTS
Version Control 2.0.5 , lastest version.

I can't upload my project to my team..
I'm doing nothing special with the version control , just working, then update. I don't use the software.

    How can I solve that?
If someone can help me i'll really appreciate!

    Have a good day :D

Hi @shuskry, can you easily reproduce the problem? Do you think it may be possible to allow us temporary access to this project so we can reproduce and debug the problem?

As a temporary workaround, can you try with the standalone Plastic Cloud edition client:

Hi , thanks for trying to helping me :)

I don't know how to be sur to reproduce the issue ...

I noticed that when I tried to modify the existing files by clicking on them in my project, they are all grayed out and I cannot modify them without clicking on: "Checkout".
So after modifying a material (for the example), I click on "Check in", and after that, when I try to "Pending Changes", the error message still there, but the changes are updated and sent

Yes Of course, what can I do to let you have access to it ?

I downloaded the Windows version just to test, but I don't like using a extern tool ( Personal preference )

Ps: I tried to delete the repository to re-begin the process to save , and It's seems to not working... ( I un-delete the repository after)

    Thanks for your time!
    Have a good day

    Hi,

Could you write us at devops-vcs-support@unity3d.com with the issue so we can handle the issue (and the personal information) without exposing it?

    Best,
    Héber.

We have exactly the same problem and have to start over 2-3 times.

    Can you explain the details?
Did you need to start a new Plastic repo?
Are you able to currently reproduce the problem at the moment?

I have the same problem, every time i go to check in changes, bam locked the workspace error, just like the OG posters. Did we figure out a solution?

What is your Version Control plugin version?

We are about to release a fix that should help to avoid this error. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It will be the default version in upcoming new Unity Editor releases, but in the meantime, you can already upgrade using the Package Manager. Version 2.0.7. Please let us know if it helps.
