An error occurred while resolving packages

    I got an issue with default packages in unity, I've tried re-install both unity and unity hub and also reset packages to default but still got the error, firewall is good. I can't access the packages.unity.com folder at C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Unity\cache\packages\packages.unity.com, it says the file was corrupted or unreadable. I put all the errors in the attached images.

    Problem solved, the folder in C:\Users\(PC Name)\AppData\Local\Unity\cache\packages\packages.unity.com corrupted, cant modified and unreadable, i've tried delete the folder using few method but still didnt work, so i did the clean install on windows and problem solved.
