    Hello,

I'm using the Ambient Occlusion Override on a global volume, and in the middle distance of my scene, I'm getting strange striped lines:

Notice that it doesn't happen near the camera, nor far away, just in some arbitrary middle distance.

Here are my override settings for AO

The only setting that seems to make a difference is Step Count. If I change Step Count to its maximum value (32) then this goes away.

What's causing this -- is it intended? What cost am I paying for doubling my Step Count? Can I get around this issue any other way?

    Thanks!

EDIT: setting the Step Count to 32 actually doesn't make it entirely go away. You can still see small areas where it appears. But the problem does improve slightly.
