Am I not allowed to update armature after creating animations?

    I just got this in Unity:

    The reason is that I drastically shortened the toes, and updated the heel position, because I'm constantly tweaking both the rig, the animations and the weight painting in Blender.

    Am I not allowed to do this? Why doesn't Unity just update the configuration it's complaining about? In Blender, the animations seem to update fine. How do I force Unity to update everything as well?
