Am I exporting packages correctly?

Hey guys, I want to upload a package to the asset store but when I export it, It does not show up on the finder when i press 'Upload Package'. I had previously uploaded another one with success, after 5 times of trying but I don't know why that one worked either. I am exporting it to the project's folder.
